WEE GUY’S CAFE

The Wee Guy’s is a cafe/deli in Glasgow city center offering up a range of hot and cold food to sit in or take away.

 

Just off George Square, alongside Glasgow City Chambers.

 

The Wee Guy’s cafe/deli is now open from Monday to Friday 7:00 am – 4:00pm

We have a great range of hot and cold food, all day breakfasts, pastries, sandwiches, sushi, salads, snacks, chocolate, coffees, tea and cold drinks to eat in or take away.

In a large saucepan, toast the coriander seeds and black peppercorns over moderate heat, shaking the pan, until they are fragrant, about 1 minute. Remove the saucepan from the heat and let the spices cool slightly. Add the water, palm sugar, fish sauce, garlic, 8 of the kaffir lime leaves and the 1/4 cup of salt to the saucepan.
